When the motor torque is equal to the load torque we have a stable load. In such cases the torque and speed are constant..
Typical load types are characterized by the following speed torque curves :
1. Machines for winding material at constant material tension. This group also includes veneer cutting machines and machine tools.
2. Conveyor belts, different kinds of cranes and positive displacement pumps, etc.
3. Smoothing machines, callendar rollers and other machines for material processing.
4. Machines working with centrifugal forces, e.g. centrifugal pumps and fans.
